I had a mixed experience during my stay at Hotel Santo Vanuatu. While the beautifully maintained gardens and pool area were a great spot to relax, my room had significant issues that detracted from my enjoyment. The lack of hot water and general room conditions left a lot to be desired, though the hotel’s location in the heart of Luganville was a definite plus.
